摘要
为明确有机肥与氮素不同配施量对菊花产量及品质的影响,以‘婺源皇菊’为试材,设0 kg•667m^(-2)、500 kg•667m^(-2)、1000 kg•667m^(-2)(分别标记为L、M、H)三个有机肥梯度,在此梯度基础上每千克土施氮设0、0.20、0.35、0.50 g(分别标记为N0,N1,N2,N3)四个梯度,以LN0为对照,在植株花期测定植株产量及品质相关指标。结果表明,有机肥施用量相同时,单株产量随氮素施用量的增加先上升后下降,施氮量相同时,则随有机肥施用量的增加而显著增加;花朵中总酚、类黄酮、Vc含量均随有机肥的增加呈上升趋势,氮素施用增加使Vc含量有降低趋势,对总酚及类黄酮影响不显著;有机肥与氮素的配施均不同程度的增加了植株各部位干物质积累量。综合上述指标,以MN2处理(即有机肥500 kg•667m^(-2)与每千克土施0.35 g氮素配施)最适宜‘婺源皇菊’的生产。
In order to clarify the effect of different combined application rates of organic fertilizer and nitrogen on the yield and quality of chrysanthemum,'Wuyuan chrysanthemum'was used as the test material,and set 0 kg•667m^(-2),500 kg•667m^(-2),1000 kg•667m^(-2)(Respectively labeled L,M,H)Three organic fertilizer gradients,based on this gradient,each kilogram of soil nitrogen applied 0g,0.20g,0.35g,0.50 g(respectively labeled N0,N1,N2,N3)four gradients,Take LN0 as the control,measure the relevant indexes of plant yield and quality during the flowering period of the plant.The results show that when the amount of organic fertilizer is the same,the yield per plant increases first and then decreases with the increase of the amount of nitrogen.When the amount of nitrogen is the same,the amount of organic fertilizer increases significantly;the total phenols and flavonoids in the flowers,Vitamin C content showed an upward trend with the increase of organic fertilizer.The increase of nitrogen application reduced the Vitamin C content,and had no significant effect on total phenols and flavonoids.The combined application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen increased the plant The amount of dry matter accumulation in the site.Based on the above indicators,the MN2 treatment(ie organic fertilizer 500 kg•667m^(-2) combined with 0.35 g nitrogen per kilogram of soil)is the most suitable for the production of'Wuyuan chrysanthemum'.
