摘要
建立了一种简便、准确测定茶叶中游离氟含量的方法.样品经浸泡超声提取后,采用离子色谱法测定.结果表明:氟离子的质量浓度在0.020~10.00mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,检出限为2.0 mg·kg^(-1),在低、中、高3个加标水平下的平均回收率为90.94%~97.73%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.82%~3.06%(n=7).经过测定,茶叶中游离氟含量在18.88~157.37mg·kg^(-1),相对标准偏差为1.11%~4.01%(n=7),该方法可用于茶叶中游离氟含量的快速检测.
A simple and accurate analytical method for determination of fluorine in the tea by using ion chromatography(IC)has been developed.After the sample was soaked and ultra-sonically extracted,it is measured by ion chromatography.A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.020-10.00 mg·L^(-1)with regression correlation coefficients(R2)larger than 0.999.The obtained limit of detection(LOD)were 2.0 mg·kg^(-1)for F-.The mean recover-ies at three spiked concentration levels(low,middle,and high)were 90.94%-97.73%,and the relative standard derivations(RSDs)were 0.82%-3.06%(n=7).Under the optimized IC parameters,the content of free fluorine in tea was 18.88-157.37 mg·kg^(-1),and the rela-tive standard deviation is 1.11%-4.01%(n=7).This method can be used for rapid detec-tion of free fluorine content in tea.
