社会性别视角下高校助力女教职工职业发展的路径

摘要 高校女教职工数量占据高校师资的半壁江山,但职业发展质量却相对滞后,成为高等教育蓬勃发展的桎梏。女教职工职业发展是高等教育待开掘的宝藏,高校在挖掘“宝藏”的过程中应发挥核心作用。本研究以社会性别为视角,基于对安徽S大学女教职工职业发展状况的实证调研,提出高校应将促进女教职工职业发展上升到战略高度,从统筹规划、成立组织、改变规则、创设条件、宣传教育等方面构建促进女教职工职业发展的有效路径。 Amounting to nearly an equal size of university faculty,female staff’s career development quality is unfortunately lagging behind,and shackles universities’vigorous development.Female staff’s career development is a hidden treasure in higher education awaiting excavation where universities should play a key role.From the perspective of social gender,this paper makes an empirical research on female staff’s career development at S University of Anhui Province.It points out that universities should strategically promote female staff’s career development.Effective routes can be constructed to promote female staff’s career development in terms of overall planning,organization establishment,regulation adjustment,condition creation,as well as propagation and education.
