摘要
有效发挥农村土地产权抵押融资功能,化解返乡创业农民信贷约束瓶颈,促进农民工返乡创业是实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措。论文以土地产权融资促进农民工返乡创业为研究主题,基于河南、贵州两省返乡创业农户调查数据,通过构建计量模型实证分析土地产权融资促进农民工返乡创业的主要影响因素及影响效应,并提出需要进一步研究的问题和对策建议。相关研究对探索改进土地产权融资模式,优化金融机构农村土地产权融资供给决策,破解农民工返乡创业融资难题具有重要的现实意义。
One of the important measures to implement the rural revitalization strategy is to effectively take advantage of land property mortgage financing in order to resolve the bottleneck of credit constraints for returning farmers to start businesses.Based on the survey on farmers returning to their hometowns in Henan and Guizhou provinces,This paper constructs an econometric model to empirically analyze the main influencing factors and effects of land property financing and then put forward suggestions to promote migrant workers’return to their hometowns.Relevant research has important practical implementation for the pilot areas to improve land property rights financing models,optimize financial institutions’rural land property rights financing supply decisions,and solve the financing problem of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses.
