摘要
目的:探析太溪主治病症和配伍规律。方法:以“太溪”及别名“大溪”“吕细”为检索词,以《中华医典》(第五版)、《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为检索源,建立SQL Server数据库,运用数据挖掘技术进行Gephi复杂网络、关联规则和聚类分析。结果:纳入医籍58部,文献279条,涉及单穴主治病症7类,共33种,配伍主治病症8类,共54种;太溪常配伍足三里、三阴交、太冲、合谷、昆仑、肾俞、行间、中脘、照海、然谷等腧穴,关联规则分析与足三里、三阴交、太冲、合谷之间关联密切程度最高,聚类分析得到以太溪为核心的3类针灸处方。结论:太溪单穴、配伍主治均以内科和耳鼻喉科病症为主,主治最优势病症均为牙痛;配穴方面,多配伍五输穴、原穴、背俞穴等特定穴,配穴归经以膀胱经、脾经和肾经为主。
Objective:To explore the indications and combination law of Taixi(KI 3).Methods:“Taixi”and aliases“Daxi”and“Lyuxi”were searched in The Chinese Medical Code(the Fifth Edition)and Collection of Modern Chinese Medicine Journals to establish a SQL Server database,and data mining methods like Gephi complex network,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were applied.Results:There were 58 medical books and 279 research papers included,involving 13 categories of single point indications,33 types in total,14 categories of compatible indications,54 types in total.Taixi(KI 3)is often combined with Zusanli(ST 36),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Taichong(LR 3),Hegu(LI 4),Kunlun(BL 60),Shenshu(BL 23),Xingjian(LR 2),Zhongwan(RN 12),Zhaohai(LI 6),Rangu(KI 2),and other acupoints.The association rule analysis showed the Taixi was of the highest correlation with Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,and Hegu.The cluster analysis yields three types of acupuncture prescriptions with Taixi as the core.Conclusions:Single and compatible indications of Taixi are mainly used for internal diseases and otolaryngology diseases.The most predominant disease is toothache.In terms of combination regularity,it is more compatible with specific acupoints such as five transport points,source points and back transport point points,and the compatible points are usually on the bladder meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian.
