摘要
目的分析术中肺解剖定位法用于肺结节全胸腔镜下切除术的临床价值。方法研究对象为平原县第一人民医院2018年12月~2019年12月收治的100例肺部磨玻璃样病变结节患者,所有患者手术均采用肺结节全胸腔镜下切除术,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据其定位法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,其中对照组安排予以CT引导Hook-wire肺结节定位法(n=50),研究组安排予以术中肺解剖定位法(n=50),对其组间肺结节定位正确率、手术切除时间、住院时间、住院费用以及定位方法满意度进行比较。结果研究组肺结节定位正确率高于对照组,手术切除时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组定位方法满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行肺结节全胸腔镜下切除术的患者,术中肺解剖定位法临床应用价值良好,肺结节定位正确率高,不仅有利于减少术前定位工作量,而且还不会延长患者手术时间及增加住院费用,更有利于提高患者对定位方法的满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of intraoperative lung anatomy positioning method for total thoracoscopic resection of lung nodules.Methods Research object for the hospital between December 2018 and December 2019 time grinding glass sample treated 100 cases of pulmonary lesions of tubercle patients,all patients adopt total pulmonary nodules under the thoracoscope surgery,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the localization method according to its different divided into control group and experimental group,including the control arrangement to CT guided Hook-wire lung nodules positioning method(n=50),the experimental group arrangement to intraoperative lung anatomical localization method(n=50),The accuracy of pulmonary nodules location,time of surgical resection,length of stay,cost of stay and satisfaction with location methods were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of pulmonary nodules location in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the surgical resection time was longer than that in the control group,the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,and the cost of hospitalization was lower than that in the control group.However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of positioning method in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing total thoracoscopic resection of lung nodules,the clinical application value of intraoperative lung anatomy positioning method is good,and the accuracy is high.It not only helps to reduce the workload of preoperative position,but also does not extend patients'operation time and increased hospitalization expenses are more conducive to improving patient satisfaction.
