摘要
采用分步合成法合成了以邻香兰素-L-半胱氨酸席夫碱为配体的铜、锌、钴、镍配合物,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、紫外光谱和红外光谱等进行了表征。并对配体及配合物的清除超氧阴离子自由基O-.2的性能进行了测试。
A new schiff base derived from ovanillin and Lcysteine and their Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) complexes were synthesized.The complexes were characterized by element analysis,electrical conductions,UV spectra,FTIR spectra.The bioactivity of ligand and their complexes have been studied.Results have shown that ligand may inhibit the formation of BO-.2.Zn(Ⅱ) complexes display remarkable activity of inhibiting the formation of O-.2.
