左西孟旦对ICU老年急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者临床疗效及病情转归的影响被引量：2

摘要目的分析左西孟旦联合基础治疗对ICU老年急性失代偿性心力衰竭(ADHF)患者临床疗效及病情转归的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2020年1月在我院接受治疗的92例ICU老年ADHF患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组行基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗基础上加用左西孟旦治疗。对比两组临床疗效、病情转归等情况。结果两组患者BNP、血浆ET均下降,LVEF、SV指标均上升,且观察组血浆ET、BNP指标明显低于对照组,LVEF、SV指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总康复率(95.65%)明显高于对照组(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(8.70%)明显低于对照组(23.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦治疗老年ADHF患者,临床疗效显著,值得推广。
