低毒性间苯二酚-甲醛树脂黏合剂的制备及其涂膜性能 被引量:3

摘要 制备了环保型间苯二酚-甲醛树脂黏合剂,并研究了其性能。结果表明,黏合剂的最佳制备条件:间苯二酚与甲醛摩尔比为1.0∶2.0,田菁胶质量分数为4%,硅藻土质量分数为3%,茶多酚质量分数为20%。在此条件下制备的黏合剂的黏度为463 mPa·s,固含量为14.7%(w),拉伸强度为2.38 MPa,涂膜固化时间为7.2 min,O_(2)透过量为(6.57±0.09)mL·mm/(kPa·cm^(2)),CO_(2)透过量为(3.98±0.08)mL·mm/(kPa·cm^(2)),水蒸气透过量为(2.32±0.14)g/(h·m^(2)),透光性为(1.66±0.02)mm·%,凝胶率达到92.1%,铅笔硬度为1H;经测定,黏合剂的甲醛释放量为0.28 mg/L,游离酚含量为6.3%(w),降低毒性的效果较为显著。 Environmental friendly resorcinol formaldehyde resin adhesive was prepared and whose properties were observed.The results show that its optimum preparation conditions are determined as follows:the molar ratio of resorcinol to formaldehyde is 1.0∶2.0,the mass fraction of sesbania gum,diatomite,and tea polyphenol are 4%,3%,and 20%respectively.The viscosity of the adhesive reaches 463 mPa·s,whose solid content is 14.7%,whose tensile strength is 2.38 MPa,whose curing time of the coating is 7.2 min,whose O_(2),CO_(2),water vapor,and light transmittance are(6.57±0.09)mL·mm/(kPa·cm^(2)),(3.98±0.08)mL·mm/(kPa·cm^(2)),(2.32±0.14)g/(h·m^(2)),and(1.66±0.02)mm·%;whose gel rate is up to 92.1%,and whose pencil hardness is 1H.The formaldehyde emission of the adhesive is 0.28 mg/L,in which the content of free phenol is 6.3%.The effect of toxicity reduction is obvious.
