摘要 汽车产品配置设计是个性化定制的核心技术之一,个性化定制汽车产品配置在不久的将来会成为一种流行的购车方式。对于汽车可配置产品和产品族的特点,提出对汽车产品配置设计的分析研究,详细地分析了汽车产品配置设计的构成、划分及约束关系。分析了从客户需求到形成汽车配置再到生产的过程,可根据客户需求方便快速地配置出相应的个性化产品,满足个性化定制生产的要求。 Automotive product configuration design is one of the core technologies of personalized customization.Personalized customized automotive product configuration will become a popular way of buying cars in the near future.Regarding the characteristics of automotive configurable products and product families,an analysis and research on automotive product configuration design is proposed,and the composition,division and constraint relationships of automotive product configuration design are analyzed in detail,and the process from customer needs to the formation of car configuration and then to production are analyzed.The corresponding personalized products can be configured conveniently and quickly according to customer needs to meet the requirements of personalized customized production.
