摘要
基于开放大学入学人群问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型研究开放大学产教融合能力正向影响各行业企业融合意愿的因素及路径。结果显示:融合能力对融合意愿正向影响较强,其他因素在问卷中以及在模型构建中影响微弱。应该通过提升开放大学产教融合能力来影响企业产教融合意愿的路径,进而采用与企业合办企业大学的工作迭代模式,促进开放大学产教融合水平提升。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of open university students,the structural equation model is used to study the factors and paths that the integration capability of industry and education in open university positively influences the integration intention of enterprises in various industries.The results show that integration ability has a strong positive effect on integration intention,while other factors have a weak impact on the questionnaire and model construction.It is necessary to improve the open university’s ability of“industry and education integration”to influence the enterprise’s willingness,and then adopt the iterative work model of co-running corporate universities with enterprises to promote the integration level in open universities.
