摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)属于临床上呼吸科常见病范畴,已严重威胁人类身心健康,因此,该疾病的防治研究一直是医学界的热点话题。中医学"肺与大肠相表里"的经典理论对肺肠生理功能与病理变化做出了完整阐释,此传统理论为临床从肺肠相关思维论治COPD提供了新思路。近年来,随着生命科学尤其是微生物组学研究的突破,越来越多的研究发现肠道菌群与COPD的发生发展密切相关,这些研究在某种程度上与中医"肺与大肠相表里"理论不谋而合。基于此,本文基于中医"肺与大肠相表里"理论探讨肠道菌群对COPD的影响,有利于提高对COPD与肠道菌群相关性的认识,为COPD的防治研究提供新的方向。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),a common disease in clinical respiratory department,seriously threatened human physical and mental health.The prevention and treatment of COPD has become a hot topic in the medical field.The Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of"Pathological Interaction between Lung and Large Intestine"completely explained the relationship of physiological functions and pathological changes of lung and intestine,which provide a new thinking for treatment of COPD in clinic.With the development of life science,especially microbiome research,the gut microbiota has been found closely related to the COPD,and these results played coincided with the theory of"Pathological Interaction between Lung and Large Intestine".In this paper,the influence of gut microbiota on COPD based on the TCM theory of"Pathological Interaction between Lung and Large Intestine"has been discussed to understand the relationship between COPD and gut microbiota,as well as to provide a new direction for prevention and treatment of COPD.
