摘要
通过对上海交通大学"拔尖计划"首届毕业生以及部分教师和管理人员的调查发现,截至目前八成以上毕业生从事学术研究工作,数理融通课程对塑造学生思维方式和激发科研兴趣起到关键作用,科研实践能够提高学生解决问题能力、培养团队精神、增强科研自我效能感,参与学习共同体有助于形成学者身份认同,不断增强的科研自我效能感在提升学生创新能力和促进学者身份认同中均起到促进作用。
Based on the interview data, this study found that over 80 percent of first "the Plan for Cultivating Top-notch Students of Basic Disciplines" graduates in Shanghai Jiao Tong University have chosen research career. This study also revealed:(1) integrated courses of mathematics and physics play key role in shaping students’ way of thinking and inspiring their research interest;(2) research experience can enhance problem-solving? skills, team spirit and research self-efficacy;(3) engaging in learning community helps developing academic identity;(4) increasing research self-efficacy plays a positive role in promoting innovative ability and academic identity.
