2017-2020年阿坝州马尔康市盐碘监测结果分析

Analysis on Monitoring Results of Iodized Salt in Barkam City of Aba Prefecture From 2017 to 2020

摘要 目的了解和掌握四川省阿坝州马尔康市人群盐碘水平,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法2017-2020年在马尔康市按照东、西、南、北、中每年抽取5个乡镇,每年按学生200人和孕妇100人的要求,采集其家庭盐样进行检测(孕妇不足100名,按实际的孕妇数全部抽取),所得检测结果运用描述性统计分析方法分析,食盐中碘含量以中位数表示,并计算各乡镇合格碘盐食用率。结果2017-2020年马尔康市共检测盐样930份,盐碘中位数为25.4~32.6 mg/kg;930份样品中,碘盐检出最小值为0,最大值为44.6 mg/kg,各年度碘盐覆盖率范围为98.3%~100.0%,各年度碘盐合格率范围为95.2%~96.6%,各年度合格碘盐食用率范围为94.9%~96.6%。结论马尔康市目前已达到消除碘缺乏病目标中碘盐覆盖率≥95%,合格碘盐食用率>90%的要求,但仍有少部分居民食用未加碘食盐,应进一步加强食用碘盐的监督监测和宣传教育工作,持续保持合格碘盐食用率达到消除标准。 Objective To describe the salt iodine level of the population in Barkam City of Aba Prefecture in Sichuan Province,so as to provide evidence for timely adoption of targeted prevention and control measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies.Methods From 2017 to 2020,a total of 5 townships were selected from eastern,western,southern northern and middle areas of Barkam City each year.A total of 300 salt samples were collected for testing from 200 students′and 100 pregnant women′s families(If the family number of pregnant women was less than 100,then all actual families of the pregnant women would be chosen).The results were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis methods.The iodine content of salt was expressed in medians.The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in each township was calculated.Results A total of 930 samples were determined in Barkam City from 2017 to 2020,with a median of salt iodine in the range from 25.4 to 32.6 mg/kg.Among 930 samples,the minimum value of iodized salt was 0,and the maximum value was 44.5 mg/kg.The annual coverage rate of iodized salt ranged from 98.3%to 100.0%.The annual qualified rate of iodized salt ranged from 95.2%to 96.6%.And the annual consumption rate of qualified iodized salt ranged from 94.9%to 96.6%.Conclusion At present,the iodized salt coverage rate≥95%and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate>90%in the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)have been met in Barkam City.However,there are still a small number of residents who eat uniodized salt.In order to maintain the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt up to the elimination standard,we should further strengthen the supervision and monitoring,and improve publicity education concerning iodized salt.
