煤矿矿井水农田灌溉风险评估与防控 被引量:3

Risk assessment and control of farmland irrigation with coal mine water

摘要 矿井水是宝贵的非常规水源。分析了煤矿矿井涌水量与矿区自然地理、气候特征、地质构造、开采深度和开采方式等关联因素,研究了我国洁净、含悬浮物、高矿化度、酸性和特殊污染型五类矿井水的空间分布,分析了我国煤矿矿井水利用现状。基于煤矿矿井涌水量的不稳定性、不同煤矿矿井水水质复杂性及处理工艺的差异性,分析了矿井水农田灌溉的水量、水质、经济(处理成本、灌溉效益)等方面风险因素。基于煤矿矿井水供需双侧协调目标,建立了煤矿矿井水农田灌溉风险评估的指标体系,基于集对分析理论,构建矿井水农田灌溉风险评估模型,选取安徽淮南煤炭基地顾桥煤矿作为典型案例,评估结果与典型煤矿矿井水农田灌溉实际情况基本符合,表明集对分析法用于矿井水农田灌溉的风险评估是可行的。并提出矿井水农田灌溉风险防控策略,为提高缺水地区农田灌溉用水保证率具有重要意义。 Mine water is a precious unconventional water source.Analyzed the coal mine water inflow and the natural geography,climatic characteristics,geological structure,mining depth and mining methods of the mining area,and studied the space of my country’s clean,suspended solids,high salinity,acid and special pollution five types of mine water distribution,analysis of the current situation of coal mine water utilization in my country.Based on the instability of coal mine water inflow,the complexity of water quality in different coal mines and the differences in treatment technology,the risk factors of water volume,water quality,economy(treatment costs,irrigation benefits)and other aspects of coal mine water for farmland irrigation are analyzed.Based on the two-sided coordination goal of coal mine water supply and demand,an index system for coal mine water for farm land irrigation risk assessment was established,and a mine water for farmland irrigation risk assessment model based on set pair analysis theory was constructed.The Guqiao coal mine in Anhui Huainan Coal Base was selected as a typical case.The evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation of typical coal mine water for farmland irrigation,indicating that the set pair analysis method is feasible for the risk assessment of mine water for farmland irrigation.Proposed the risk prevention and control strategy of mine water for farmland irrigation,which is of great significance for increasing the guarantee rate of farmland irrigation water in water-scarce areas.
