摘要
传统的台账和管理信息系统等管理手段已经难以满足城市快速发展对土地收储动态化和精细化管理要求,基于二、三维地理信息系统(GIS)技术开展了土地收储的全周期管理系统研究,介绍了系统的总体架构设计和数据库设计,梳理了数据资源体系和关键业务流程,并探讨了土地收储一张图子系统、项目全周期管理子系统、合同管理子系统和移动应用子系统的主要功能实现,系统的应用提高了城市土地收储的共享水平和管理效率,为政府决策和社会应用提供智能化信息服务。
The traditional accounting and MIS management methods can not satisfy the rapid development of urban dynamic and fine management requirements for land reservation,this paper studies the full life cycle management information system of land reservation based on the 2D and 3D GIS technology,then it introduces the overall frame design and database design of this system,and it sorts out the data resource system and key business processes,furthermore,the realization of main functions such as subsystem of one map for land reservation,subsystem of project full life cycle management,subsystem of contract management and subsystem of mobile application are discussed.The application of system improves the sharing level and management efficiency of urban land reservation,and provides intelligent information services for government decision-making and social application.
