摘要
建筑预算不仅需要建筑单位严格科学的控制,更需要建筑单位深入研究,降低成本。为防止双方发生不必要的经济冲突和纠纷,有关人员必须保证建筑工程预算的科学性和准确性,以保证良好的经济效益。同时,要充分认识建筑项目预算在项目成本控制中的关键作用,使成本控制工作能够顺利有效地开展,确保企业经济效益最大化。鉴于此,本文主要分析了工程造价预结算与工程造价控制的关系。
The construction budget not only requires strict scientific control by the construction unit,but also requires indepth research by the construction unit,so as to reduce costs.In order to prevent unnecessary economic conflicts and disputes between the two parties,the relevant personnel must ensure the scientificity and accuracy of the construction project budget,so as to ensure good economic benefits.At the same time,it is necessary to fully understand the key role of construction project budget in project cost control,so that cost control can be carried out smoothly and effectively,and the economic benefits of the enterprise can be maximized.In view of this,this article mainly analyzes the relationship between project cost pre-settlement and project cost control.
