摘要
环状RNAs(CircRNAs)在生物系统的生理功能和病理作用中起着至关重要的作用,参与疾病的发生发展过程。CircRNAs已被报道是心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化、心肌病和心肌纤维化等心血管疾病的关键调节因子,越来越多的证据表明,circRNAs与心肌纤维化的发病机制有关。心肌纤维化是导致心力衰竭、心律失常等多种心脏疾病的重要病理改变。该文对CircRNAs的生物起源、作用方式进行了详细阐述,特别对其在心肌纤维化中发挥的重要意义进行了重点论述。
Circular RNAs(CircRNAs)plays an important role in the physiological and pathological functions of biological system and participates in the occurrence and development of diseases.CircRNAs has been reported to be a key regulator of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction,atherosclerosis,cardiomyopathy and myocardial fibrosis,especially more and more evidence shows that circRNAs is related to the pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis.Myocardial fibrosis is an important pathological change that leads to heart failure,arrhythmia and other heart diseases.In this paper,the biological origin of CircRNAs and the mode of action of CircRNAs are described in detail,especially its significance in myocardial fibrosis.
