摘要
本文以实际调研走访为基础,对苏州老旧小区公共空间的功能性、识别性和可达性三个方面的现状进行研究与分析,结合国内外研究成果以及建筑学相关知识,提出一系列改造策略。以此增强居民对老旧小区的归属感和幸福感,提升生活、空间品质,建立和谐邻里关系,激发老旧小区的活力,满足老旧小区居民日益增长的物质和精神需求。
Based on the actual investigation,this paper studies the current situation of the public space of old communities in Suzhou through the analysis of functionality,identification and accessibility,and proposes a series of transformation strategies by combining with the research results at home and abroad and the related knowledge of architecture,so as to enhance the residents'sense of belonging and happiness to the old community,improve the quality of life and space,establish harmonious neighborhood relations,stimulate the vitality of the old community,and meet the growing material and spiritual needs of the residents of the old community.
