摘要
为了兼顾累积和(CUSUM)控制图的监测成本和效率,分别运用一个质量周期内单位产品的平均质量成本和平均产品长度作为CUSUM图的经济性能和统计性能的评价指标,以此构建了经济统计多目标优化设计糢型。通过具体算例说明了该模型的计算方法,并采用灵敏度分析研究了关键参数的变化对优化设计结果的影响,最后,通过与已有的几种CUSUM控制图优化设计才法进行比较说明了本文提出的经济统计优化设计方法的优越性。
In order to juggle monitoring cost and efficiency of CUSUM control chart,average quality cost of a product in one quality cycle and average product length are used as metrics of economic and statistical performance of CUSUM chart respectively,and an economic-statistical multi-objective optimization design model is established.A numerical example is given to illustrate the calculation method of this model,and sensitivity analysis is used to study the influence of the change of key parameters on the optimal design results.Finally,the superiority of the economic-statistical design with this model is illustrated by comparing with several existing design methods of CUSUM chart.
