摘要
手诊法为独具特色的中医望诊诊断方法之一。目前手诊冠心病诊断率尚缺乏科研数据报道,本文依托国家重点研发计划课题,概述了以刘剑锋气色形态手诊法为代表的多家手诊方法对冠心病诊断的经验,归纳了望手部颜色、形态、掌纹、指纹、指甲等不同手诊法诊断心系疾病的重要特征,总结了手诊诊断冠心病及心系病症的优势,提出笔者应用手诊诊断之经验及对手诊科学研究之展望,冀为进一步气色形态手诊法诊断冠心病的临床研究理清思路。
Hand diagnosis is one of the unique diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,there is still a lack of scientific data reports on the diagnosis rate of coronary heart disease by hand diagnosis.Based on the national key research and development program,this paper summarizes the experience of many hand diagnosis methods for coronary heart disease represented by Liu Jianfeng’s qi color form hand diagnosis,summarizes the important characteristics of different hand diagnosis methods for heart diseases such as hand color,shape,palm print,fingerprint and nail,summarizes the advantages of hand diagnosis in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and heart diseases,and puts forward the author’s experience in the application of hand diagnosis and the prospect of scientific research on hand diagnosis,so as to clarify the thinking of further clinical research on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease by qi color form hand diagnosis.
