摘要 为研究石墨烯/有机复合乳液对混凝土渗透性能的影响,借助试验测试了不同涂层种类、涂覆遍数和不同水胶比在不同龄期下对混凝土渗透性能的影响。研究结果表明:涂覆表面涂层的试件在各龄期的电通量值均低于对比试件,对比试件在龄期28 d和56 d时,其渗透等级为"低";而混凝土试件涂覆石墨烯/氯丁胶乳乳液涂层和RGOB涂层后,其渗透等级降为"很低";涂层对水胶比小的混凝土试件有更好的防护效果,抗氯离子侵蚀能力更强;试件养护28 d、56 d和90 d,涂覆2层石墨烯/氯丁胶乳乳液与未涂覆试件相比其电通量分别减少了28.97%、34.57%和43.07%,涂覆2层石墨烯/聚丙烯酸酯乳液与未涂覆试件相比其电通量分别减少了22.18%、19.02%和25.80%,从经济性和渗透效果来看,石墨烯/氯丁胶乳乳液涂覆1遍即可,而石墨烯/聚丙烯酸酯乳液须涂覆2遍。 In order to study the influence of graphene/organic composite emulsion on permeability of concrete, with the influence of coating types, coating times, water-binder ratio in different ages on the permeability of concrete was tested by experiments. The results showed that, electric flux values of coated specimen in all ages were lower than the contrast specimen;comparing the specimen in the age of 28 d and 56 d, their level of penetration was "low", concrete specimens coated with graphene/neoprene latex and RGOB coating had a penetration rating of "very low". The coating had better protective effect on water-binder than small concrete specimens and a stronger resistance to chloride ion erosion. The electric flux of specimen curing 56 d and 28 d, 90 d, coated with two layers of graphene/neoprene latex emulsion decreased by 28.97%, 34.57% and 43.07%, respectively;coated with two layers of graphene/polyacrylate emulsion, its electric flux decreased by 22.18%, 19.02% and 25.80%, respectively;from the point of economy and penetration effect, graphene/neoprene latex emulsion should be coated 1 time, graphene/polyacrylate emulsion should be coated 2 times.
