摘要
创新农业高校学生党员“立体化”的教育培训体系,研究提出外向融合农业高校的人才培养目标,横向贯穿党员教育培训的全过程,纵向打造线上教学、线下教学、实践教学“三位一体”的教学模式,把党员教育培训的全过程与培养学生责任担当紧密相融,全方位引导大学生党员做服务乡村振兴战略的新农人。
The article innovates the"three-dimensional"training system of Party members of agricultural university students,and puts forward an extroversion integration of talent training objectives in agricultural universities,which horizontally runs through the whole process of Party members training,and thus leads vertically to the creation of the"trinity"teaching mode of online teaching,offline teaching and practical teaching.The whole process of education and training of Party members should be closely integrated with the cultivation of students'sense of responsibility,so as to guide them to be new farmers serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy in an all-round way.
