摘要
探讨氨基聚醚改性硅油处理亚麻织物的性能。采用自制的氨基聚醚改性硅油柔软剂整理亚麻织物,测定了不同整理条件下亚麻织物的白度、断裂强力、柔软性、折皱回复角、吸湿性,并对整理前后亚麻织物进行X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析。结果表明:氨基聚醚改性硅油柔软剂对亚麻织物的较佳整理工艺为整理液质量浓度80 g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间3 min;整理后亚麻织物各方面性能均有改善,热稳定性提高,表面含有柔软剂的特征元素,且织物表面变得光滑平整。认为:氨基聚醚改性硅油柔软剂处理可改善亚麻织物的服用性能。
Property of flax fabric treated by amino polyether modified silicone oil were discussed.Flax fabric was treated by a self-made amino polyether modified silicone oil softener.The whiteness,breaking strength,softness,crease recovery angle and moisture absorption of flax fabric were tested under different finishing conditions.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and thermogravity analysis were performed on flax fabric before and after finishing.The results showed that the better finishing process of amino polyether modified silicone oil softener for flax fabric was:mass concentration of finishing solution 80 g/L,baking temperature 160℃,baking time 3 min.After finishing,all flax fabric property were improved in each aspect,thermal stability was improved,the surface contained characteristic elements of softener,fabric surface become smooth.It is considered that flax fabric property can be improved by amino polyether modified silicone oil softener treatment.
