摘要
基于波形反演方法对新疆天山中段Ms≥3.0地震震源深度进行反演,反演结果显示,新疆天山中段地震类型以逆断层或走滑断层为主,兼有少量的正断层。新疆天山中段震源深度呈现内部浅,盆山结合部位深的特点。同时由深度剖面显示,两大盆地与天山中段接触部位地震活动性都比较高,基本呈对称分布,存在南强北弱的活动特点。研究区地震发生的主要动力源于印度板块向北的推挤及两大致密的刚性盆地在俯冲天山造山带时,导致深部密度及热流不均匀引起地震的发生,构成了区域内独特的孕震模式。
Based on waveform inversion method,the focal depth of Ms≥3.0 earthquake in the middle Tianshan Mountain,Xinjiang is in inversion.Results show that the seismic type is mainly reverse fault or strike slip fault,with a small number of normal faults.The focal depth of the middle Tianshan Mountain is characterized by shallow interior and deep basin mountain junction.Meanwhile the depth profile shows that the seismicity at the contact between the two basins and the middle section of Tianshan Mountain is relatively high,basically distributed symmetrically,and has the characteristics of strong activity in the South and weak activity in the north.The main driving force of earthquakes in the study area comes from the northward push of the Indian plate and the two dense rigid basins subducting the Tianshan orogenic belt,resulting in the occurrence of earthquakes caused by the uneven deep density and heat flow,which constitutes a unique seismogenic model in the region.
