摘要
目的:观察针灸结合电磁波理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治腰椎间盘突出症患者370例,随机分为两组。对照组单纯采用针灸治疗;试验组采用针灸结合电磁波理疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗5次及10次时VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗5次及10次时JOA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合电磁波理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症比单纯针灸的疗效明显。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with electromagnetic wave physiotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,370 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with electromagnetic wave physiotherapy.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the VAS scores after 5 and 10 times of treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the JOA scores of 5 and 10 times of treatment were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with acupuncture alone,acupuncture combined with electromagnetic wave physiotherapy has obvious curative effect on lumbar disc herniation.
