摘要
目的:分析人文关怀联合心理护理在精神科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月精神疾病住院患者52例,随机分为两组,各26例。参照组给予基础护理;研究组给予人文关怀联合心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组危急事件发生率显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者社会能力、社会兴趣及个人整洁评分均高于参照组,激惹评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者关怀照顾、沟通、宣教和满意度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神科护理中开展人文关怀联合心理护理,可获得患者的高度认可,提高医疗安全性,提升护理管理质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanistic care combined with psychological nursing in psychiatric nursing.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,52 hospitalized patients with mental illness were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 26 cases in each group.The reference group was given basic nursing.The research group was given humane care combined with psychological nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The incidence of critical events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social ability,socialinterest,and personal cleanliness scores of the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the agitation score was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The care,communication,education and satisfaction scores of patients in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development of humanistic care combined with psychological nursing in psychiatric nursing can obtain high recognition from patients,improve medical safety,and improve the quality of nursing management.
