开农82花生主要性状与产量的相关性和通径分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了明确开农82花生主要性状与产量以及各性状之间的关系,为花生品种选育及高产栽培提供依据,以区域试验中该品种的表现为依据,开展了其主要性状与产量以及各性状之间的相关性分析和通径分析。结果表明:饱果数、结果数、分枝数、结果枝数和主茎高的变异系数较高,分别为32.61%、28.42%、19.65%、19.45%和17.53%,出仁率的变异系数最低为4.17%;相关性分析表明,荚果产量与结果数、饱果数、百果重和百仁重呈正相关关系;主茎高与侧枝长、分枝数与结果枝数、结果数与饱果数、百果重与百仁重,两两之间均为正相关;百仁重与主茎高和侧枝长均呈显著负相关。在花生新品种选育过程中,在侧重结果数、果饱数的同时,应适当控制株高并兼顾其他性状;实际生产中,酌情追施花粒肥,增加百仁重,以发挥花生品种的增产潜力。 In order to clarify the relationship between the main agronomic traits and yield of Kainong 82 peanut and between its agronomic traits,and provide a basis for peanut variety breeding and high-yield cultivation,the correlation analysis and path analysis between the main traits and yield,and between traits were carried out based on the performance of the variety in the regional test.The results showed that the variable coefficients of the full pod number,the pod-setting number,the branch number,the pod-setting branch number and main stem height were 32.61%,28.42%,19.65%,19.45% and 17.53%,respectively,while the variable coefficient of kernel rate was the lowest to 4.17%.The pod yield was positively correlated with the pod-setting number,the full pod number,100-pod weight and 100-kernel weight;there was a positive correlation between the following every two indicators:the main stem height and the lateral branch length,the branch number and the pod-setting branch number,the pod-setting number and the full pod number,100-pod weight and 100-kernel weight;the 100-kernel weight was significantly negatively correlated with the main stem height and the lateral branch length.In the process of breeding new peanut varieties,while focusing on the pod-setting number and the full pod number,the plant height should be properly controlled and other characters should be taken into account as well.In actual production,flower-pod specific fertilizer should be appropriately applied to increase 100-kernel weight,so as to give full play to the yield increasing potential of peanut varieties.
