摘要
推导了液压激振伺服控制系统模型的传递函数表达式,在AMESim中建立了系统模型并进行线性化分析。将AMESim中通过雅可比矩阵运算得到的结果作为依据,在MATLAB中进行系统模型辨识,得出系统的一阶积分环节增益、伺服阀和液压缸的固有频率与阻尼比等参数;在Simulink软件中建立验证模型并进行验证。结果表明:系统模型辨识得到的关于伺服阀和液压缸的固有频率和阻尼比与AMESim仿真模型线性特征值对应;Simulink验证模型的输出曲线与AMESim仿真中的输出曲线基本吻合,表明该方法能满足液压激振伺服系统的模型辨识。
The transfer function expression of the hydraulic excitation servo control system model was derived,and the system model was established and linearized in AMESim.The system model was identified in MATLAB based on the results of Jacobian matrix operation in AMESim,and the first-order integral gain,natural frequency and damping ratio of the servo valve and hydraulic cylinder were obtained;the verification model was built and verified in Simulink software.The results show that the natural frequency and damping ratio of the servo valve and the hydraulic cylinder obtained by the system model identification correspond to the AMESim simulation model eigenvalue;the output curve of the model verified by Simulink is basically consistent with the output curve in the AMESim simulation,which shows that the method can meet the model identification of the hydraulic excitation servo system.
