摘要 目的探讨微视频结合信息-动机-行为技巧模式在耳鼻喉科择期手术患者术前准备中的应用及对患者心理状态及自我效能感的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年6月耳鼻喉科收治的80例择期手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规术前准备护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用微视频结合信息-动机-行为技巧模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组的HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的GSES、健康知识掌握程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术前准备缺陷总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微视频结合信息-动机-行为技巧模式用于耳鼻喉科择期手术患者术前准备中,可减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,也能提高自我效能感及健康知识掌握程度,减少术前准备缺陷发生,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application of micro-video combined with information-motivation-behavior skills model in preoperative preparation of patients undergoing elective surgery in otolaryngology department and its influences on mental state and self-efficacy.Methods A total of 80 elective surgery patients admitted in the otolaryngology department from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative preparation nursing,and the observation group added micro-video combined with information-motivation-behavior skills model on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of GSES and health knowledge mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of preoperative preparation defects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-video combined with information-motivation-behavior skills model used in preoperative preparation of patients undergoing elective surgery in otolaryngology department can reduce anxiety and depression,improve self-efficacy and health knowledge mastery,and reduce the occurrence of preoperative preparation defects,which is worth promoting.
