摘要 目的:建立同位素内标超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定饮料中咖啡因含量的方法。方法:样品经稀释净化之后经waters C18柱分离,在正离子模式下,内标法定量。结果:在0.2~500.0 ng·mL^(-1)浓度范围内有较高的线性拟合度。当添加浓度水平为2 ng·mL^(-1)、5 ng·mL^(-1)和20 ng·mL^(-1)时,待测物的回收率均大于84.3%,相对标准偏差均小于12.0%。此方法的检出限为0.2 ng·mL^(-1)、定量限为0.5 ng·mL^(-1)。结论:本方法具有准确度高、灵敏度高、稳定性好的特点,能够分离出样品中的咖啡因,适用于饮料中咖啡因含量的测定。 Objective:A method was developed for the determination of caffeine in beverages by Isotope Internal Standard-UPLC-MS/MS.Methods:After diluted and purified,the samples were separated by Waters C18 column and quantified by internal standard in the condition of positive ion mode.Results:The linear fitting degree was high in the concentration range of 0.2 ng·mL^(-1) to 500.0 ng·mL^(-1).The recoveries of the measured substances were all over 84.3%when the added concentration was 2 ng·mL^(-1),5 ng·mL^(-1) and 20 ng·mL^(-1),the RSD was less than 12.0%.The detection limit and quantification limit of this method were 0.2 ng·mL^(-1) and 0.5 ng·mL^(-1) respectively.Conclusion:This method has high accuracy,high sensitivity and good stability,and could separate the caffeine from the samples,and was suitable for the determination of caffeine content in beverages.
