摘要
新公共服务理论强调公共利益和公众参与,对做好新形势下学校档案工作具有重要的借鉴意义。当前学校档案工作存在服务理念滞后、模式落后、意识淡薄等问题,要采取多种优化策略,健全档案服务体制,强化服务能力,提升服务效果,满足新形势下公众对学校档案工作的需求。
The new public service theory emphasizes public interest and public participation,which has important reference significance for school archives work under the new situation.At present,there are some problems in the school archives work,such as the lagging service concept,the lagging mode,and the weak consciousness.We should take a variety of optimization strategies,improve the archives service system,strengthen the service ability,and improve the service effect,so as to meet the public demand for the school archives work under the new situation.
