摘要
后疫情时代,全球经济衰退和金融领域不确定性增加、美元霸权继续和发达国家“去中国化”排挤、国内资本市场改革滞后和传统人民币国际化路径式微等,都给人民币国际化顺利推进带来严峻挑战。中国经济的长期向好和美元困境的加剧为推进人民币国际化提供了难得的“窗口期”,并且RCEP的签署和新兴数字货币的出现也为人民币走向世界以及国际货币格局重构提供了难得的历史性机遇。面对机遇和挑战,人民币国际化必须遵循市场化、渐进化和稳定化基本路径,从扩大人民币真实需求、推动国内资本项目改革和加强宏观审慎监管等方面做好应对。
In the post-epidemic era,the global economic recession and financial uncertainty increase,the continued dollar hegemony and the“de-sinicization”crowding out of developed countries,the lagging reform of the domestic capital market,and the decline of the traditional RMB internationalization path have all contributed to the smooth internationalization of the RMB.Advancing brings severe challenges.The long-term improvement of the Chinese economy and the intensification of the dollar’s plight has provided a rare"window period"for advancing the internationalization of the renminbi,and the signing of the RCEP agreement and the emergence of emerging digital currencies also provide a rare opportunity for the renminbi to go global and reconstruct the international currency structure.Historic opportunity.In the face of opportunities and challenges,the internationalization of the RMB must follow the basic path of marketization,evolution and stabilization,and deal with it in terms of expanding the real demand for the RMB,promoting the reform of domestic capital projects,and strengthening macro-prudential supervision.
