摘要
临床见习教学对肝胆外科医生的培养十分重要。文章将以思维导图为基础的CBL教学模式应用于肝胆外科临床医学专业本科见习教学中,发现该模式的学生在临床理论考试、案例分析测试、实践操作技能考核、增强临床诊疗思维能力、增加临床实践操作能力、提高临床沟通能力、培养临床团队协作意识、调动学习兴趣、提升自主学习能力、减轻学习负担、教学满意度等方面明显优于接受传统教学模式的学生。因此,在肝胆外科临床见习教学中的应用以思维导图为基础的CBL教学模式可以有效地提高临床见习教学质量,具有较好的教学应用价值。
Clinical internship teaching is very important for the training of hepatobiliary surgeons.This paper applies the CBL teaching mode based on mind map to the undergraduate probation teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.It is found that the students of this mode are obviously superior to the students of the traditional teaching mode in the aspects of clinical theory examination,case analysis test,practice operation skill examination,enhancing clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,increasing clinical practice operation ability,improving clinical communication ability,cultivating clinical team cooperation consciousness,mobilizing learning interest,improving autonomous learning ability,reducing learning burden and teaching satisfaction.Therefore,the application of CBL teaching mode based on mind map in clinical probation teaching of hepatobiliary surgery can effectively improve the quality of clinical probation teaching and has better teaching value.
