摘要
互联网技术、物联网技术、5G网络传输、云计算技术、人工智能技术等发展对实现城市的精细化管理、资源的科学配置、居民生活的便捷服务,提升城市可持续发展能力都有重要的影响。文章以市县级智慧城市时空信息云平台建设为切入口,通过分析平台架构,以江苏洪泽为例,探索了其建设模式、建设成果应用、应用推广成效等,为把洪泽智慧城市时空信息云平台建设为洪泽时空基础设施奠定了理论基础,也为推广其建设模式提供了理论支撑。
The development of Internet technology,Internet of Things technology,5G network transmission,cloud computing technology,artificial intelligence technology,etc.have important impact on the realization of the refined management of the city,the scientific allocation of resources,the convenient service of residents’lives,and the improvement of the city’s sustainable development capabilities.This article takes the construction of the spatial temporal information cloud platform of city and county-level smart cities as the entry point.By analyzing the platform architecture,taking Hongze of Jiangsu as an example,it explores its construction mode,application of construction results,and application promotion effects.The construction of the information cloud platform has laid a theoretical foundation for Hongze’s spatial-temporal infrastructure,and also provided theoretical support for the promotion of its construction mode.
