摘要
毕业实习关系到临床医学相关专业医学生的成长,对于医学生将理论知识与实践操作融会贯通至关重要。鉴于实习医生分布于不同地区各教学医院以及毕业实习是医学生得以实现向专业医生角色转变的第一步的特殊性,如何客观、高效地开展能够反映实习医生与教学医院真实情况的中期考核具备一定的难度。文章通过分析实习中期考核存在的必要性,并以南京医科大学为例重点剖析实习中期考核存在的问题,最后提出改进措施。
Graduation internship is related to the growth of medical students majoring in clinical medicine,and it is very significant for medical students to integrate theoretical knowledge and practical operation.In view of the fact that interns are distributed in different teaching hospitals in different regions and graduation practice is the first step for medical students to realize the transformation of their role as professional doctors,it is difficult to objectively and efficiently carry out the mid-term assessment which can reflect the real situation of interns and teaching hospitals.Therefore,This paper analyzes the necessity of the mid-term assessment of internship,takes Nanjing Medical University as an example to analyze the problems existing in the mid-term assessment of internship,and finally puts forward some improvement measures.
