摘要
为了进一步研究GIS设备的局部放电检测与定位技术,文章基于XFDTD软件仿真了GIS腔体中局部放电信号(高斯脉冲)的传播动态过程,并研究了盆式绝缘子的存在对GIS中不同位置处传感器特高频信号传播特性的影响。实验结果表明:GIS腔体中含盆式绝缘子的特高频电磁波幅值只有不含盆式绝缘子的特高频电磁波幅值的一半,即GIS腔体内的盆式绝缘子会导致特高频电磁波信号明显的衰减。因此,GIS腔体内传感器在检查缺陷时,测量位置周围内应不含盆式绝缘子,这样可提高检测的灵敏度。
In order to further study the partial discharge detection and location technology of GIS equipment,the propagation dynamic process of partial discharge signal(Gaussian pulse)in GIS cavity is simulated based on XFDTD software,and the influence of basin insulator on the UHF signal propagation characteristics of sensors at different positions in GIS is studied.The experimental results show that the amplitude of UHF electromagnetic wave with basin insulator in GIS cavity is only half of that of UHF wave without basin insulator,that is,the basin insulator in GIS cavity will lead to obvious attenuation of UHF electromagnetic wave signal.Therefore,when the GIS cavity sensor checks the defects,there should be no basin insulators around the measuring position,which can improve the detection sensitivity.
