摘要
本文以大豆油基多元醇(MESO)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,采用羟丙基聚硅氧烷(HP-PDMS)为改性剂,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水单体,合成预聚体;在此基础上,以1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,三乙胺(TEA)为中和剂,乙二胺(EDA)为后扩链剂,合成了HP-PDMS改性大豆油基水性聚氨酯,探讨了HP-PDMS添加量对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。实验结果表明,当HP-PDMS添加量为12.5 wt%时,乳液平均粒径增至最大为63.04 nm,粘度降至最低为73.35 mPa,粒径分布越来越宽;HP-PDMS添加量为9.6 wt%时,薄膜的表面接触角增大至91.995°。
In this paper,soybean oil-based polyols(MESO),toluene diisocyanate(TDI)as raw materials,hydroxypropyl polysiloxane(HP-PDMS)as modifier,dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)as hydrophilic monomer,synthesis of prepolymer;On this basis,HP-PDMS modified waterborne polyurethane was synthesized with 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as chain extender,triethylamine(TEA)as neutralizer,and ethylenediamine(EDA)as post-chain extender.The effect of HP-PDMS content on the properties of waterborne polyurethane was discussed.The experimental results showed that when the HP-PDMS content was 12.5 wt%,the average particle size of the emulsion increased to the maximum of 63.04 nm,and the viscosity decreased to the minimum of 73.35 mPa,and the particle size distribution became wider and wider.When the HP-PDMS content was 9.6 wt%,the surface water contact angle of the membrane increased to91.995°.
