摘要 针对大涵道比涡扇商用航空发动机的脉动式装配线建设需求,利用价值流分析工具和离散事件仿真技术对脉动式装配线进行建模,并对关键生产指标及其主要影响要素进行仿真及优化,量化分析了主要影响要素的关联特性以及对总体产能的贡献规律。构建了典型航空发动机脉动式装配价值流模型和仿真技术方法,支持先进脉动式装配线建设和产能规划论证,并为现有批产装配线的改造升级提供技术参考和借鉴。 In response to the pulsating assembly line construction requirements of high bypass ratio turbofan commercial aero-engines,the pulsating assembly line is modeled using value stream analysis tools and discrete event simulation technology,and key production indicators and their main influencing factors are simulated and optimized.Quantitative analysis of the correlation characteristics of the main influencing factors and the law of contribution to the overall production capacity is conducted.A typical aero-engine pulsating assembly value stream model is constructed and a simulation technology method is proposed to support the construction of advanced pulsating assembly line and capacity planning demonstration,and provide technical reference and reference for the transformation and upgrading of the existing batch production assembly line.
