摘要
消费互联网主要针对的是个人用户的消费过程,显著改善了消费者在饮食、出行、娱乐等方面的生活体验,而产业互联网则主要以生产者为用户,通过生产环节、流通环节、组织环节等方面的数字化改造,实现资源的重新配置与效率提升,是不同于消费互联网以“流量为王”为特征的价值提升过程。我国应以信息化和数字化为主线,加强农产品批发市场的信息基础设施建设,构建农贸信息的大数据融合平台,鼓励数据信息的公开化与智能化,推进公益性批发市场和农产品流通骨干网络建设,实现行政管理功能的政府化、经营服务功能的市场化;推进农产品物流的标准化、数字化、冷链全程化,满足消费者对农产品品质和即时性方面的需求;整合农产品流通的生产端,减少农产品流通层级,促进农产品流通信息反馈指导农业生产,提高农民收入,推动农业现代化发展;加强农产品流通基础设施建设,建设农业流通互联网信息平台,提高流通从业人员素质,建立强有力的上游生产流通组织主体,最终实现农产品流通数字化变革。
The consumption Internet is mainly about the consumption process of individual user;and it is used to significantly change consumers’experience in terms of diet,traveling,and entertainment.While the industrial Internet is mainly about the producers;it can realize the redistribution and efficiency improvement through digital transformation in terms of production,circulation,and organization;and it is the process of value improvement which is different from the consumption Internet which taking“viewership first”as the characteristic.China should,first,take informatization and digitization as the main line,strengthen the infrastructural construction for the information system of agricultural products wholesale market,establish the Big Data integration platform,encourage the open and smart data information,promote the construction of non-profit wholesale market and core network for agricultural product circulation,and realize the government-oriented administrative function and market-oriented operational and service function;second,China should promote the standardized and digitalized agricultural product circulation,and the whole process of cold chain,and meet the consumers’requirement in terms of quality and immediacy;third,China should integrate the production end of agricultural product circulation,reduce the hierarchy of that,promote information feedback,increase farmer’income,and promote the development of agricultural modernization;and fourth,strengthen the construction of infrastructure and Internet information platform,improve the quality of circulation professionals,establish the powerful main bodies of upstream production and circulation organization to finally realize the digital transformation of agricultural product circulation.
