摘要
通过设计一种用于采集有害物质的新型智能恒温装置,论述该装置的工作原理、软硬件结构,采用该设备与普通采集装置测试床头柜的甲醛释放量,结果表明,与普通采集装置相比,智能恒温采集装置具有连续自动采样、恒温恒流、采集气体稳定、成本低、测试结果稳定可靠等优点。
A new intelligent equipment with constant temperature was designed to collected hazardous sub‐stance.The working principle,hardware architecture and software program were discussed.The climate chamber method was used to test the formaldehyde emission of the bedside table by new intelligent equip‐ment and common collection device.The results showed that compared with the simple device,the intelli‐gent constant temperature collection device has the advantages of continuous intelligent sampling,constant temperature and constant flow,stable collection of gas and low cost.And test results of the formaldehyde emission are reliable and stable.
