摘要
本试验旨在探究粗饲料中不同全株玉米青贮比例对育肥湖羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵、养分表观消化率、肉品质及血液生理指标的影响。试验选择72只体重相近的湖羊公羔,单栏饲养,根据粗饲料中不同全株玉米青贮比例,将试验羊随机分为4组:100%玉米秸秆组(CS组)、33%全株玉米青贮组(33MS组)、66%全株玉米青贮组(66MS组)和100%全株玉米青贮组(MS组),每组18个重复,每个重复1只羊。试验期70 d,包括7 d适应期和63 d正试期。结果表明:1)不同全株玉米青贮比例对湖羊生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);2)66MS组和100MS组戊酸摩尔比例显著高于CS组(P<0.05);3)100MS组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),33MS组粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率显著高于66MS组(P<0.05),数值上也高于其他各组;4)33MS组肌肉中滴水损失较其他各组低,说明33MS组湖羊肌肉的保水性能最好,提高了肉品质;5)100MS组血中红细胞压积显著高于CS组和33MS组(P<0.05),但平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度显著低于CS组和33MS组(P<0.05)。综上所述,考虑综合生产效率和生产成本,在本试验条件下,粗饲料中适宜全株玉米青贮比例为33%。
This study was aimed to explore the effects of different ratios of whole-plant corn silage in roughage on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestion,meat quality and blood physiological indexes of Hu sheep.In the experiment,seventy-two male Hu lambs of similar body weight were selected and raised in single pens.According to the different ratios of whole-plant corn silage in roughage,the sheep were randomly divided into 100%whole-plant corn stalk group(CS group),33%corn silage group(33MS group),66%whole-plant corn silage group(66MS group),100%whole corn silage group(100MS group).The whole experiment lasted for 70 days,including a 7-day adaptation period and a 63-day trial period.The results showed as follows:1)the different ratios of whole-plant corn silage had no significant effect on the growth performance of Hu sheep(P>0.05);2)the valeric acid molar ratio in the 66MS and 100MS groups was significantly higher than that in the CS group(P<0.05);3)the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)apparent digestibility and acid detergent fiber(ADF)apparent digestibility of Hu sheep in the 100MS group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),and the crude protein(CP)apparent digestibility of Hu sheep in the 33MS group was significantly higher than that in the 66MS group(P<0.05),the value was also higher than the other groups;4)the drip loss of the meat in the 33MS group was the lowest compared with the other groups,indicating that the meat of the sheep in 33MS group had the best water retention performance and improved the meat quality;5)the hematocrit(HCT)of Hu sheep in the 100MS group was significantly higher than that in the CS group and 33MS group(P<0.05),but the corpuscular-hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)was significantly lower than that in the CS group and 33MS group(P<0.05).In summary,considering the comprehensive production efficiency and production cost,the optimal ratio of whole-plant corn silage under the experimental conditions is 33%.
