摘要
为了获得更加安全、经济的泵房结构设计方案,构建了泵房结构拓扑优化数学模型,提出了两阶段式拓扑优化求解策略。首先在ANSYS平台上对泵房主体结构进行拓扑优化,获得结构最优拓扑形态;然后对拓扑结果进行适应性处理,开展工程强度、刚度及稳定性的泵房结构工作性态复核。案例优化结果表明,经优化后的泵房结构总体积较原方案减小13.7%,且优化设计方案各项指标满足规范要求。
In order to obtain a safe and economical pumping house structure design,this article established a mathematical model for topology optimization of pumping house.Also,the two⁃stage pumping house structure topology optimization solution strategy was proposed based on the structural topology optimization theory.Firstly,the topology of the pumping house was optimized on the ANSYS platform,and the optimal to⁃pology of the structure was obtained.Then the topological form was adaptively processed and a qualitative validation that met the strength,stiffness,and stability of the project was performed.Compared to the original scheme,the optimized design shows a decrease of 13.7%in terms of the volume of the pumping house.Indicators in the safety of pumping station design meet the qualification.This work is expected to promote the application of topology optimization technique in pumping house.
