摘要 为了实现网络法律信息资源的高效共享,并解决法律信息资源共享适用性差、资源共享效果不好等一系列问题,文中提出并设计一种基于大数据的网络法律信息资源共享系统。系统硬件由4个模块组成,分别是数据仓库模块、任务模块、文件管理模块以及用户模块。结合任务模块功能的结构层次从而提供高质量的网络法律信息资料共享服务。根据线性回归分析来获取网络法律信息,在此基础上进行系统软件设计,构建网络法律信息资源融合的模糊隶属函数,并采用模糊C均值聚类方法对信息资源进行聚类处理,以实现资源的信息融合和集成调度。经过仿真实验得出结论,所设计系统的查全率与查准率高,系统响应时间短,实际应用效果好,网络法律信息资源共享服务效率高。 In order to realize the efficient sharing of legal information resources on the network,and solve a series of problems such as poor applicability of legal information resources sharing and poor sharing effect of resources,a new network legal information resource sharing system based on big data is proposed and designed.The hardware of the system consists of data warehouse module,task module,file management module and user module.The high⁃quality network legal information sharing service can be provided in combination with the function structure levels of task module.According to linear regression analysis,the network legal information is obtained.On this basis,the system software is designed,and the fuzzy membership function for network legal information resource fusion is constructed.The fuzzy C⁃means clustering method is used to cluster the information resources to realize the information fusion and integrated scheduling of resources.The results of the simulation experiment show that the system designed in this paper has high recall and precision,short response time and good practical application effect,which has proved he efficiency of sharing service of network legal information resources is high.
