摘要
为了解不同类型微生物菌剂对玉米产量及土壤肥力的影响,以施化肥为对照,在施用含不同微生物菌剂肥料的条件下,研究玉米田土壤养分特征及产量变化。结果表明,3种微生物肥料均对土壤养分有显著影响,能显著增加土壤有机质、硝态氮、铵态氮、速效磷和速效钾含量,提高土壤酶活性和产量,其中聚谷氨酸复合微生物菌剂处理酶活性最高,产量最高,比化肥对照提高21.17%,净收入增加42.78%。因此,聚谷氨酸复合微生物菌剂对玉米土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性有较好的促进作用,能够提高玉米产量,增加种植收益,在玉米上有较好的应用效果。
Three microbial inoculants were selected as microbial fertilizers which were applied to the corn to observe the changes of soil nutrients in the corn fields and their effects on yield with chemical fertilizer as control.The results showed that the three microbial fertilizers have a significant effect on soil nutrients,significantly increasing the content of soil organic matter,nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,and significantly improving soil enzyme activity and corn yield.The microbial fertilizer treatment with polyglutamic acid compound microbial inoculum has the highest enzyme activity,gives corn yield 21.17%higher than the fertilizer control,and generates a net income 42.78%higher than that of the control.Therefore,the polyglutamic acid compound microbial inoculum has a better promotion effect on the contents of soil nutrients and soil enzyme activity in the corn field,and increases the corn yield.
