摘要
在低温胁迫的影响下,植物体内的生物膜组成、基质以及各类生命活动反应都发生着剧烈的变化,因此,无论是植物领域,还是农作物领域,都需要重视低温胁迫对植物在的危害。基于此,从植物的形态特征、渗透调节物质等方面研究了植物对低温胁迫的反应机制,分析了鉴定植物抗寒性强弱的方法。从植物低温锻炼、化学诱导的调控作用、基因工程等方面提出了提高植物抗低温能力的方法,并展望了未来的研究方向。
Plant growth and development may be affected by adverse factors,and low temperature stress is one of them.Under the influence of low temperature stress,the composition of biofilm,substrate and all kinds of life activities in plants have undergone drastic changes.Therefore,the research of plant cold resistance is one of the key points in the field of plant and agriculture.The mechanism of plant response to low temperature stress was studied in terms of plant morphological characteristics and osmotic regulatory substances;methods to identify the cold resistance of plants is studied;This paper analyzes plant low temperature exercise,chemical induction regulation,genetic engineering and other aspects to improve plant resistance,which provides reference for future research.
