摘要
墨水循环系统是一种先进的喷头供墨系统,在砂型3D打印应用中,依靠墨水的循环流动可以避免喷头内墨水沉积,带走喷头流道中的气泡,同时起到调节喷头温度的作用。本文从墨水循环原理的角度,分析了影响墨水循环的关键影响因素,并以其关键影响因素为研究对象,进行了实际的墨水循环量的测试。为了进一步研究墨水循环对砂型3D打印的影响,针对不同墨水循环条件,利用墨滴观测仪进行了墨滴观测,并根据观测结果,从理论层面分析了墨水循环会对砂型打印带来的问题。最后,通过砂型打印测试,证明了理论推算结果的可靠性,为墨水循环系统在砂型3D打印中的应用提供了理论基础。
The ink circulation system is an advanced ink supply system for the print head.In the sand mold 3D printing,the ink deposition can be avoided by relying on the circulation flow of the ink,and the bubbles in the print head channel can be taken away.At the same time,the temperature of the print head can be adjusted.The key factors of ink circulation are analyzed in this paper from the perspective of ink circulation principle.And after that,the actual ink circulation amount is tested based on the key influencing factor.In order to further study the influence of ink circulation on sand mold 3D printing,the ink droplet observation is carried out by using the ink-drop observation instrument under different ink circulation conditions.According to the observation results,the problems of ink circulation on sand mold printing are analyzed theoretically.Finally,through the sand mold printing test,the reliability of the theoretical calculation results is proved,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of ink circulation system in sand mold 3D printing.
