大麦虫饲养及应用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 大麦虫(Zophobas morio)因富含大量蛋白质、维生素、酶、脂肪、氨基酸、矿物质和糖类等诸多营养元素而被广泛关注。其虫粉可代替鱼粉作为虾、蟹、豚、鱼等生物的饲料,在蛋白饲料领域具有一定的优势,营养成分含量要比黄粉虫丰富。大麦虫还能降解塑料、制成复合氨基酸口服液,应用前景广阔,具有可开发利用的商业价值,而目前我国对大麦虫的开发利用较少。文章对大麦虫的生物学特性和饲养方法等进行了阐述,综述了不同因素对大麦虫生长发育的影响以及大麦虫的营养成分和应用,以期为大麦虫营养成分的开发应用提供参考。 The insect-super mealworms(Zophobas morio) could be widely concerned because they are rich in protein, vitamins, enzymes, fat, amino acids, minerals and sugars.Its insect meal can be used as a feed for shrimps, crabs, dolphins, fish and other organisms instead of fish meal, and has certain advantages in the field of protein feed.Its nutrients is richer than that of Tenebrio molitor.Zophobas morio can also degrade plastics and make compound amino acid oral liquids, which has broad application prospects and has commercial value that can be developed and utilized.However, the development and utilization of Zophobas morio is less in China.Therefore, the article expounded the biological characteristics and feeding methods of Zophobas morio,and summarized the influence of different factors on the growth and development of Zophobas morio,as well as the nutrients and application of it, in order to provide references for the development and application of Zophobas morio.
