Heat Dissipation Optimization Design of Air-cooled Variable-frequency All-in-one Motor Based on Icepak

摘要 矿用隔爆兼本质安全型变频调速一体机具有体积小、功率大、发热严重的特点,合理的散热设计可以有效控制热源温升,对保证IGBT等电子设备安全运行具有重要意义。基于Icepak散热分析软件,以YJVFT-315S1-4(55/1140)变频一体机为研究对象,对其风道结构进行仿真分析,结合分析结果进行风道及散热器结构优化。优化后热源温升降低11.5℃,为风冷变频一体机风道设计提供了优化思路。 Mine flame-proof and intrinsic-safety variable-frequency adjustable-speed all-in-one motor has the characteristics of small size, high power and serious heating. Reasonable heat dissipation design can effectively control the temperature rise of heat source, which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of IGBT and other electronic equipment. Based on Icepak thermal analysis software,taking YJVFT-315 S1-4(55/1140) variable-frequency all-in-one motor as the research object, carried out the simulation analysis of its air duct structure, and optimized the air duct and radiator structure according to the analysis results. After optimization, the heat source temperature rise reduced by 11.5 ℃,which provides an optimization idea for the air duct design of air-cooled variable-frequency all-in-one motor.
