底板锚固钻机圆柱式给进机构设计与动态仿真分析

Design and Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Cylindrical Feed Mechanism of Drilling Rig for Roadway Floor Anchoring

摘要 基于底板锚固钻机工作特点及施工环境,设计了一种结构合理、运行平稳的圆柱式给进机构。为了研究给进机构的动态性能,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对给进机构进行模态分析和谐响应分析。结果表明,机构动态性能可靠,可有效避免共振、延长使用寿命,为其他类型钻机给进机构的设计、优化提供了参考。 Based on the working characteristics and the construction environment of the drilling rig for roadway floor anchoring, a cylindrical feed mechanism with reasonable structure and stable operation was designed. In order to study the dynamic performance of the feed mechanism, modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the feed mechanism was carried out by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that the dynamic performance of the mechanism is reliable, which can effectively avoid resonance and the service life is prolonged. It can provide a reference for the design and optimization of feed mechanisms for other types of drilling rig.
